Student Nutcracker Auditions
Dancers a part of the Student Cast of BTM's The Nutcracker have the opportunity to dance alongside the professional company in rehearsals and on stage! This year's performance dates are November 25th at the Coppermine Pantherplex and December 6th, 9th, 10th, 13th, 16th, and 17th at Maryland Hall. A more detailed studio rehearsal, tech rehearsal, dress rehearsal, mini-show, and public performance schedule will be sent upon pre-registration. We hope to have your dancer participate in our annual, holiday tradition!
Auditions for Ballet Theatre of Maryland's The Nutcracker are Sunday, August 27, 2023.
Ages 6-10: 12:00-1:00 PM
Ages 11-13: 1:00-2:00 PM
Ages 14+: 2:00-3:00 PM
Please plan to arrive 15-30 mins prior to your audition time.
Location: BTM Merritt Annex Studios

Dancers must be 6 years old by 9/9/23 and actively enrolled in a fall dance class(es) to be eligible to audition.
*It is expected that if your dancer is cast, that they perform*

After pre-registering you will be sent a preliminary rehearsal/performance schedule, the Student Performer Handbook, and Student Performer/Parent Contract.
