Tickets and Performance Policies
Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is canceled. Please call 410-224-5644 for information on exchanging tickets.
In the event that we must cancel a performance, we will contact ticket holders via email regarding refund procedures. Updated information about accommodations for inclement weather will be posted on our website when applicable. Patrons will also have the option to donate the ticket price to the Ballet Theatre of Maryland.
Please check the start time for performances. We will allow late seating during a pause or break in the performance to prevent deference to the viewing pleasure of other audience members.
The photographing, video, and/or sound recording of the performance without the prior written permission of BTM management is prohibited, as is the use of phones or any other electronic device during the performance.
Unofficial Ticket Sellers
Tickets for performances by the Ballet Theatre of Maryland are only sold through Eventbrite. Purchasing tickets from any other seller or website runs the risk of receiving fraudulent tickets or paying inflated prices. Tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties may not be valid and may be unusable for admittance. The Ballet Theatre of Maryland is not responsible for any lost or stolen third-party tickets. Children who do not need their own seat do not need a ticket.
