Jenna Fritts

Jenna Fritts is honored to be in her second season with the company after graduating with her B.F.A. in Dance and with honors from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she also appeared with SoMar Dance Works. Mercyhurst provided Jenna with opportunities to perform two of her dream leading roles, Odile in Swan Lake and Myrtha in Giselle under the direction of Jennifer McNamara and Tauna Hunter, respectfully. Jenna grew up dancing but honed her training in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with Kwang Suk-Choi and Sae-Young Kang at Pittsburgh Ballet House and spent summers at Ballet West, Philadelphia Ballet, Kansas City Ballet, Ballet Met, and others where she worked with notable names such as Ángel Corella, Wendy Whelan, Devon Carney, Adam Sklute, Christopher Ruud, Jim Payne, Michael Vernon, and more. Miss Fritts recently became a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with the International Sports Sciences Association and looks forward to using these certifications while teaching the next generation of dancers.
