Gabrielle DeJong

Gabrielle started dancing at 6 years old and fell in love with Ballet and Cecchetti technique. She has passed Cecchetti grades I through VI with honors, and is currently working towards completing their Advanced (VII) level. Previously a Soloist with Dance Gallery Youth Ballet and alumni of Dance Gallery of South Dakota, Gabrielle has been in many of their productions ranging from; Cinderella, An American in Paris, Coppelia, The Nutcraker, and various other works. She joined Ballet Theatre of Maryland as a Trainee for the 2025-2026 season, during which she performed as a Wili in the company's production of Giselle, as well as various other roles in productions of Nicole Kelsch's The Nutcracker, La Esmeralda, and contemporary work in Momentum. She is thrilled to be continuing with Ballet Theatre of Maryland for a second year, now as an Apprentice.
